What is the difference between R5 and R5S?
The R5S features a low-step design, making it ideal for seniors and women in skirts, offering easier mounting and dismounting. The R5 has a medium-step design, tailored for men and cross-country riders. Aside from the step design differences, both models share the same functions and features.
How to start the power supply?
1.To unlock the R5, insert the key into the keyhole located at the bottom of the frame and on the right side of the handlebar simultaneously, then rotate it clockwise by one full turn.
2.To unlock the R5S, simply insert the key into the keyhole on the right side of the handlebar and rotate it clockwise by one full turn.
What are the features of the R5 tire?

Can I Ride R5 in The Rain?
Though Victrip e-bikes are designed to handle wet conditions, please keep in mind that riding in heavy rain may affect battery life and reduce traction, so exercise caution and avoid riding in the rain as much as possible. As for the waterproof level, the whole bike meets IPX4 standards; the motor, battery, and display meet IP64 standards.
What Types of Terrain Can R5 Handle?
R5 ebikes are designed for off-road use on rugged, unpaved surfaces with their wide and fat tires. These surfaces include dirt trails, gravel roads, grass, sand, and light snow. They can handle rougher terrains better than bikes with narrow road tires, but may still struggle on very technical mountain trails. R5 is also suitable for all-season use.
