How to start the power supply?
To unlock the R5S, simply insert the key into the keyhole on the right side of the handlebar and rotate it clockwise by one full turn.

R5S: The 4 keys include:
2 keys to open the throttle
2 keys to lock the internal battery.
The R5S features a low-span frame design, which makes it impractical to position the keyhole at the bottom of the frame due to the tilt angle. As a result, the keyhole has been relocated to the inside of the frame. To enhance convenience, the key’s power-off function is not enabled in this position, as it would be difficult to access. Instead, the battery key on the R5S is solely used for removing the battery.
Why does the R5S battery not need a key to unlock?
The R5S features a low-span frame design, which makes it impractical to position the keyhole at the bottom of the frame due to the tilt angle. Can I Ride R5S in The Rain?
Though Victrip e-bikes are designed to handle wet conditions, please keep in mind that riding in heavy rain may affect battery life and reduce traction, so exercise caution and avoid riding in the rain as much as possible. As for the waterproof level, the whole bike meets IPX5 standards; the motor, battery, and display meet IP64 standards.
What Types of Terrain Can R5S Handle?
R5S ebikes are designed for off-road use on rugged, unpaved surfaces with their wide and fat tires. These surfaces include dirt trails, gravel roads, grass, sand, and light snow. They can handle rougher terrains better than bikes with narrow road tires, but may still struggle on very technical mountain trails. R5S is also suitable for all-season use.
Are R5S E-Bikes Suitable for All Ages and Fitness Levels?
Victrip e-bikes are generally suitable for a wide range of ages (above 16 years old) and fitness levels, as the electric motor provides adjustable assistance to accommodate different riding abilities. Besides, please note the max load for R5S is 400lbs, and please consult with a healthcare professional if you have any health concerns before riding.
Is my R5S pre-assembled?
The R5S is partially assembled. You have to install some parts by yourself, such as the front wheel, handlebar, saddle, pedals, and fender. You can download the R5S user manual or look at the assembly video for help.
